When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email, company, project type, budget and message. We do not use tracking advertising cookies. Your theme choice (light or dark) is saved in your browser.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and manage the project if you hire us. We do not sell your information.

Who processes it

The website is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are received through Netlify Forms. Messages may be handled by our email and WhatsApp providers when we reply.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time at support@proqen.com.
