Using this website

Quotes and projects

A quote states the scope, price, timeline and payment schedule. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before work begins. Source code and project assets are handed over to you after final payment, as set out in your agreement.

Intellectual property

The ProQen name, logo and website content belong to ProQen Software Studio. Work created for you is yours as stated in your agreement.

Liability

We work to provide accurate information, but the website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website.
