Order bot on WhatsApp

Customers browse the menu and place orders in a chat they already use.

The problem

Orders arrive as voice notes and screenshots, and staff retype everything.

A WhatsApp assistant shows the menu, takes the order, collects the UPI payment and sends it straight to the kitchen screen.

This is a concept project that shows what we can design. It is not a case study of a specific client.
